I'de wait for the non turbo ones to re-appear.
Turns out turboing was great for old emissions tests but crap with the new emissiosn test. there is talk of a flat 6 NA Cayman coming back I'de get a cayman instead as the new 911 looks bloated to me anyway

That's a looong time till delivery, not sure how I'll hold up that long.
Very exciting decision, and nice choices. Let us know the stages of anticipation that you go thru. Have you thought about European delivery? That could be another bucket list experience . Cruise down to the Italian Lake District, Austria, Switzerland. Great way to get acquainted with your new machine. I'm sure we can help you drop another $20 k or so, just give us the word. I remember some family friends who were retired took a 4-star vacation in Europe many years ago. Paris/London/Switzerland/Cote d' azure/etc.
Someone asked, "what did it cost you?" "Didn't cost us anything. It cost our kids $50k."

I'm 72. Bought a 15,000 mile 2015 911S two years ago against the advice of all my Camry driving friends & their wives. Promptly took a trip with the wifey to the desert. Did a 125 mph pull on old Rte 66, out past where God lost his boots, near Amboy. Holy sweet Jesus! Why did I wait so long.
