Since no news isn't always good news I'll say he's hanging in there.
Had to be revived, intubated again, blood transfusion, etc. We'll see what today brings. Edit to say that all of this is just another day in the NICU.

Life in the NICU has settled in to a routine if that's possible.
The ups and downs are constant and right now the best news is that there isn't any bad news. No 'code blue' situations yesterday or today so far. Still hanging in there, but not making a lot of progress. More to come as I have an update.

Thank you! That is an amazingly generous offer!
Right now the expenses are low. My sister-in-law has been able to stay with the baby and people from their Church have been bringing meals to the rest of their family. If something changes I'll make it known here.

They seem like a good charity, business wise, and we "pay them back" in support years later...

My wife works with Premmies as an occupation therapist. It's amazing now what they can do and she always mentions it's amazing how far medicine has come that a lot of these kids that wouldn't have done so well 20 years ago are surviving now. I guess I am saying don't lose help.
My thoughts and prayers are for all involved. |
