It's known as "Willow Ware". Very prominent china in the late 19th, early 20th century. We use it alot for period films and "Depression" films to show a family had wealth yet has fallen on hard times.
Some facts about Willow Ware: To be a true Blue Willow pattern it must include: willow trees Chinese pine trees (commonly confused as apple or orange trees) a bridge with three men on it a fence a boat a teahouse (or pagoda) and two birds in flight. The more you know....

I suspect yours may require heftier food than mine, probably a 29 vs 27.
I love the striped pattern on the grip. It's interesting the grip on mine has some of the light and dark wood on one side, and the other side is completely the lighter tone. I like that the look is a little different depending upon which side I see.
