^ it is sad to see the vaccine problems being hushed away.
The good news in all of this are the hundreds of millions who have natural immunity - Thankfully that immunity is still holding strong. https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/new-harvard-hcw-study-shows-recovered Quote:

Scott, you spend far to much energy wanting your reality to be true.
Facts though... they can't be continually pushed under the rug, so to speak. Ask yourself why there are these newly announced "booster shots" if these vaccines are so perfect.

From "just 14 days", we were told, into the permanent "new normal" caste system re-arraigning and leveraging societies all over the world.
Now it's a yearly shot (and guess who is going to pay for it): https://www.cnbc.com/2021/09/26/pfizer-ceo-albert-bourla-said-we-may-need-annual-covid-shots.html

From my state: https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/coronavirus/8-dead-dozens-infected-with-covid-19-due-to-outbreak-at-connecticut-nursing-home/2652161/ 87/89 cases in a nursing home outbreak were in vaccinated people. 8 deaths, all with comorbidities, all vaccinated. At some point, you need to ask yourself what more can be done. Last edited by yellowline; 11-22-2021 at 08:08 PM.. |

Exactly ^
When France had their vaccine fail (horrible coverage) it seemed that the US had the vaccine answer. Nope. :-/ When the vax'd are told "yeah, you still need to wear yer mask" and "yer going to need to be jabbed some more - oops." you might start thinking that our vax is no better than France's or anyone's. Corona virus have long eluded treatment via vaccine. Seems that we are still not there.

Absolutely and I agree with you. Right now these vaccines are the best we have. What island is doing is discounting what we have in favor of the “If you get it and you don’t die or have long haul symptoms you’ll be so much better off” theory. Sure, that’s probably true for the people who are lucky enough to just have a minor case. I also realize that this is the vast majority of the population as well. It doesn’t change the fact that even a small percentage of people who contract Covid who succumb to it will be an astronomical number of casualties. 5+ million people have died already. I hope there’s a better vaccine coming down the pipeline and even more so I hope there will be better and easier treatments to reduce the severity and reduce fatalities. |

When my wife and I originally received the Moderna shot and then later the follow on booster we were not under the illusion that we can't get Covid . We got the shots knowing if/when we get Covid our chances of survival are greatly increased . Our goal is staying out of the hospital and off a ventilator .
We get a flu shot every year , again we know that doesn't guarantee we won't get the flu . But it increases our chances of fighting it off if we do get it . There are too many strains for a one shot miracle cure . I think too many people are looking for a one shot or one pill miracle cure to every ailment/disease they have . In most cases it's not going to happen . But that doesn't mean modern medicine/vaccines aren't effective . Just my opinion . |

https://scitechdaily.com/more-vaccinated-people-are-dying-of-covid-in-england-than-unvaccinated-heres-why/ Understand, I am not claiming that vaccines do nothing. I am saying that the current crop of vaccines are NOTHING like typical vaccines. These are more like short-lasting prophylaxis drugs. These wear off and the protection is effectively gone. Meanwhile we have a bunch of those people running around feeling all high and mighty that THEY are VACCINATED - unlike those dirty unwashed masses of idiots who won't follow the science. They insist that everyone -including those with actual immunity- MUST start taking the drugs - get jabbed regularly...

Mostly I agree with you...but to say that the vax “wears off” is possibly misleading...by both sides. The presence of actual antibodies seems to be the measuring stick. But no vaccine keeps active antibodies floating around indefinitely. T-cells “learn” and in the presence of reinfection, cause the body to produce antibodies to the recognized virus. If the initial poke causes antibody production, perhaps that’s actually all that’s needed. Remember, the second shot and booster are the exact same swill...no modification for new strains (like the flu shot).
So, the left is telling us to get more and more shots to keep antibodies floating around. The right tells us the vax doesn’t work because antibodies wane. So...from an internet expert on, well, nothing...I say both sides are selling their bias and no one is being told the truth. Meanwhile Pfizer profits many billions, kickbacks are flowing like water and the media is spinning like a top, right and left.

Forcing kids to get vaccinated, in age groups where we know that more will die from the vaccine side effects than will die from Covid, should be criminal and anybody pushing those vaccine mandates should be relieved of their job and jailed.
It’s one thing to learn as much as an individual wants to learn about it then make a choice. But to force others to do something that is very likely to be harmful to their health, especially children, it’s just flat out wrong. Those that are vaccinated need to quit *****ing about those people that choose not to get vaccinated. If the stupid vaccine works, you got no problems. If it doesn’t work, and it turns out getting vaccinated makes your health worse and not better, then you shouldn’t really have been trying to force people that knew better than you what they should do. It’s time to move on. Covid is going to continue to kill people, as is cancer, heart disease, car wrecks, getting head butted by goats and every other cause of death in the known universe. Get back to living your life, make healthy choices and just ****ing deal with it. |

When we have rapid decline of vaccine driven antibodies, we do not have a vaccine path out of this world-wide virus. If you can imagine a plan of how rapid antibody-decline vaccines can bring us out of this I would love to hear it. Thinking maybe we line up the world population to inject vaccine all at the stroke of midnight on the 1st of April?

Please reread my post. You’re completely ignoring the role of T-cells in the immune process.
