Our cat of one week (named her Latte), already declawed by the people giving her away...........and I already know she bites, but only when cornered and picked up by the back of her neck for jumping up on the dining room table.

My wife tells me that even people need to be told 25 times something before they pick things up.

I told the cat who the boss is, but I don't think she has caught on yet.

Dogs have owners... cats have staff...

you don't tell a cat what to do, you trick them into thinking what you want them to do is their idea.

Yes, Nordost - Blue Heaven, it's great stuff. I must have over $2,000 in speaker wire and interconnects alone. My stereo is my other expensive hobby.

And Logan speakers too . . . on an isolation platform.

Otherwsie known as the Qualification Test unit. Nothing and I mean NOTHING "dirty" about them. They are rigidly the same as the flight units. Only they "shake and bake" them. They intentionally fully or over stress them to assure the safety of the flight crews and the missions.

Yes, but even $600+ speaker cables cannot restore the seriously compromised stage/imaging that a big box (TV) in between the speakers creates (IMO).

If the TV has to stay, try pulling the speakers out (or pushing the TV back) so their front baffles are at least a few inches in front of the TV.

I can see you know your acoustic A/B/C's.

I have the speakers only six feet apart and toe-in is pretty generous. For serious listening I place a heavy wool blanket over the TV. It's no where near a perfect solution, but it gets the job done.
