A friend of mine had a Trojan Convertible up until recently. I personally thought it was ugly. Definitely rare.

Posted in another thread, but it makes more sense here. Kids home helping out with the mowing, aerating, etc. I took this an hour or so ago. Great to have them home

We're all good...hope all is well with you and your family.

The two small tractors are 3 cylinders diesels (Arden is driving one above, Jack is looking at a newer, larger MF) I have had for over 18 years...the kids have been driving them for nearly that long. I used to have to put weights in the seat...I know, I know, bad Dad

Arden dragging the ring and Jack mowing from the way back machine:

They stay inside the barn, get loving care and should keep going!

The tractors I mean...

Reminds me of when I visited my buddy Zeke way back in the late '60's early '70's. He lived in Missouri (still does) and his dad had a landing strip. We got to mow it one day. I remember commenting on the all the wild pot plants growing along the side. He told me they were just considered weeds to them back then.

Social distancing, "North Cascades style"

Got to spend a day with my Son yesterday back in my favorite playground.
The highway is still closed for the winter right at one of my favorite lakes.
A trolling motor powered plastic Coleman canoe and my Pygmy kayak were the logical choices for a peaceful outing.
We went uplake about 2 miles, I took the yak and Aaron tapped out the trolling motor and was paddling too in order to keep me in sight.

I'm happy to report the outhouse onsite was clean as could be and fully stocked with TP & hand sanitizer.
I'm thinking self quarantine there is a great plan, plenty of firewood and fresh as fresh can be air.

Oh yeah. Photos

Ready to roll

Beautiful pics, Skip.

Mine are a little more mundane. My mowers are both over 18 years old with many thousands of hours on them. They both run great.

The one with the front end loader loses the mower deck and will become the Small PTO Implement King.

The other mower will stay in the mix and do the more difficult mowing that requires 4 wheel drive - which is a lot.

So, behold the new Zero Turn, Diamond in the Back, Sun Roof Top, 70" Deck and a Gangsta Lean:

Mowed with it twice in the late Winter, early Spring. As a former helicopter pilot I have found my mowing muse.

Spraying, clean up and Spring beds, planting, house beds all begins in earnest.

Jesus, what a machine.

There is a grease zerk for the center blade spindle just to the left of the gearbox. keep it greased. I have had several come through my shop that were neglected. The lower bearing goes bad. This allows shaft to wallow and drains the gear oil from mower gearbox, and destroy gearbox. Change airfilters often and it will last forever. Many of my customers have those and they are phenominal mowers. Best in the market in my opinion.

Random pic
