Lost a rather large tree that hit some fence. Turkey's headed over to check it out:

One of my neighbors moon lights as a tree guy, has the tools. Took us a few hours:

I put the fences boards right back up - no posts were hit!

I built the fencing in 2003 and it needs replacing. I keep 20 or so oak boards in the barn for replacement purposes until I figure out what type of fencing is next.

There are a lot more options now than 17 years ago!

Cool shots Dave. Like this one in particular.

For something different, how about a little Manhattan Project history? This little shop in Santa Fe has a small plaque on the back wall memorializing 109 East Place - the only public face of the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos.

And the lab's address is still "PO Box 1663" - which was the mailing address in the day, then in Santa Fe but now in LA. Babies born here for a few years early on had "Box 1663" as their place of birth on their birth certificates.

An autumn storm between Los Alamos and Taos...

Former Starbucks location, I can't imagine they'll survive the lawsuit. Coffee's not that great either.
