Canadian geese have no idea when quiet hours are. Earlier this year I was up in some mountain lakes and the CG's would fly, honk, land, honk, then honk some more about how great that last flight was.
Annoying at 2 am with a full moon. More Milo His love and command of sticks fades at the creek... he prefers rocks because they splash so well. 8 months old and full of energy, my arm wore out before he did. Set up a Gopro shooting a photo every 2 seconds and caught him moving water  Sometimes moving water from within

 Outstanding in the field. My son and I are in my grandparents homestead 1/4 in Northern Saskatchewan. The same people who bought the land from my grandma still own it today. One caution in throwing rocks for dogs is that they wear out their teeth quickly! Good looking pup! |

I appreciate that! We are very cautious and make sure they are thrown out of his reach, he's not really interested in the rocks, for him biting the splash is where it's at! He's my buddies pup, (my god-dog) living the life on 7 acres with a river running through it. Hot days that's where he wants to go, and keep the chickens in line. On land it's always all about sticks, in the water he will go after sticks but loves the splash. Signalling a right turn  Right turn complete, downstream it is!
