I was out on my bike ride yesterday when I passed a big bird sitting on the pedestrian sidewalk railing of a bridge. I stopped and got a quick photo on my phone before it dove out of sight and flew off with a big fish.

Well, showed up for my “Stress/Echo” test this morning.




They were very explicit about me wearing “Closed” toe shoes.

And I complied.






After filling out the paperwork, after about 10 minutes, the power in the area went out, so now I have been rescheduled for the end of April , if I’m still around.


So time to take a break.

I kept having a “tight feeling” in the middle of my chest and thought it might have been heart burn (which I’ve never had) back in January ‘23. One of the guys I play golf with is a cardiologist and said no, that’s angina. You need to get a stress test. Went to my primary (feeling fine) and he started with an EKG. He came back in and said you’re gonna hate me and sent me to the emergency room in an ambulance (still feeling fine). They did three stints and haven’t had that “tight feeling” since. Get it looked at sooner than later!

We just lost a local well-liked dude - at 43! Heart attack in bed at night. No idea if he had any warning signs. Left a young daughter and girlfriend behind.

Today.......wasp nest at one of my accounts. I think they are what are known as Paper Wasps. Very chill....never tried to attack me. In turn, I left them alone after securing the photo release.....
