MTV...as in "Music Television".

Oh, I am sorry, they stopped "Music Television" in the 1980's.

Since my 1980 Targa had a 1990 motor and 1994 computer I was sure (and did not research again, assumed) that there would be coil packs. I was very surprised that Porsche was still using Dizzy's.

Anyone know how far into the 90's Porsche continued to use a Dizzy setup on their cars?
Soon to be extinct: The camshaft.

Not technology but... athletic looking girls. Is it just me, or SoCal, but do younger (H.S & College) females appear to be embracing their inner Marilyn Monroe these days?

More 90's tech:

- "passive restraint seatbelts" -- the ones that were attached to the door of the car and were mechanized to move into place once the door was closed.

- The Sony Watchman (pocket sized TV)

- VR (Virtual reality) games (complete with the VR Visors)

- "Toy Story" graphics

I have an old stereo that was my wife's with a cassette player...I put it in the garage. I was trying to find a way to play my ipod and XM radio in the garage and found amongst my stuff one of those cassettes. Done. 3 years later still rocking on that way.

Ha ha. I saw a Testarossa with those seatbelts. Just like my 1990 Nissan!
