I need to check/adjust the valves of my 3.2 Carrera. Bleed the brakes, oil and filters, spark plugs, etc..
Such tedious work. Sigh..

If he'd drive faster, it wouldn't need a tune up...

Evening Gents,
Glen soo impressed how much stuff you managed to stuff into your card, don't think I could have fit that much stuff in, especially if the boys are in the back! Would like to do a road trip in the Porsche, either one, but getting either going would be a prerequisite!

Hey Sid I'm
Thinking about getting a vinyl wrap instead of paint for the track dog what do u think? |

Unless you are going to start keeping it inside, I'd say no. Living outside full time, that vinyl will start to shrink and peel in 5-7yrs. IIRC you have some peeling going on right? You are going to need to get all the bad stuff off, and a smooth surface for the vinyl. I'm not sure what the rate on paint is up there, but if you did some of the prepwork, I think you could get paint for close to the same price as the wrap. Remember, you can't buff a scratch out of vinyl.
As far as vinyl....I have that chunk of black for your windshield ready to go.... You want it? |

If its cheaper and you are OK with the short life I say go for it. You don't have to have all the old paint off, just make sure you have a smooth surface.
I think I have your address around here, I'll drop you a PM if I don't. I'll get that out tomorrow. |

Good afternoon guys. We got through registration then went across the river to do a downtown tour. It was HOT, but we survived. When I got back I got the car numbers on and my car tech inspected. We will be going to the Zone 5 pre-welcome party, then the the ga big welcome party.
I did the calculations on gas mileage and so far I am at 24.63 MPG.

Good mileage for the old girl, Glen!
Now, guys. You know I have a reputation of driving very fast. I remember one time, I almost hit 5k rpm! That was scary!

For the Oklahoma & Texas folks here is a picture of rain. Water does indeed fall from the sky.

Hmm. No precipitation for me. I drove up to the Bay Area for a cousin's wedding this weekend. 9 hr drive to get back taking the scenic 101 way back home. And with traffic and the kids' bathroom breaks.
