I'm assuming you already made up your mind and decided to go for it. You can always ask for opinions here but this type of things you should decide for yourself. (and frankly, if you're not going for it, you're a fool)

Nope it is all very real.
I had a dream last night that she was back in the hospital. I shot out of bed, grabbed my keys and was in the garage with the door going up before I realized it was a dream. |
