I only found out this year that he is a pure bred cat. A Nebelung. We got him from some neighbors who were moving to an apartment that did not allow animals. He roamed the neighborhood before that and liked our yard and its many critters to hunt.

Here's his party trick. He opens the screen door when he wants to go out whether we are there or not. We have to close the sliding glass door completely if we do not want to come back from the garage to see the door wide open.

I just wish he would learn to close it by himself. He taught himself how to open it.

My cat woke me up at 6 this morning. He knows how much I hate him scratching my bed. I thought he wanted me to unlock the kitty door for him so I followed him downstairs. But he actually just wanted company while eating.

My brain woke me up at 3.45. Not a happy camper.

That's why i taught mine with a plant water sprayer by my bed when they were young... Any annoyance while i sleep, i sprays em.

I just hope i never have a burglar and grab the water spray instead of the .45...
