Morning guys,
My weekend was ok. Haven't been doing much of anything lately, no gym, no running, no posting. I'm on the lookout for a new set of ARP rodbolts too... My mechanic tightened them using the stretch method but when he rechecked them (with the crank already in the sealed case, he was able to torque them some more before the reached the required torque.... He thinks he might have overstretched a few... I'm pretty sure he didn't write down the original lengths of each bolt so there's no way to check if he did indeed overstretch them.... Open up the case, remove all the bolts (including the good ones and install new ones....

What!??! This is unacceptable. Have you been maltreated by bullies on PARF??
I have left for periods for that reason before, a bit thin skinned the first years. Now I donīt give is sh!!t what is printed from others. I would really like to know what led to this situation, Vas. Really sorry to hear this!!
