Hi Gents,

Thanks for the pic Sid - looks real nice.

Struck a snag with the fuel tank install :confused:

Had to cut the top vent hoses off - now trying to find 15mm ID hose??? What were they thinking when they made this thing? 15mm is a damn odd size. Original is NLA! 5/8 is close but all I can find local is chit with 6mm walls. Makes OD to large.

Finally found a punter in the UK that sells what I want - more hurry up and wait :rolleyes:

You may have to order the proper hose. Dontcha just love old cars?

Bugger me Rick, you wet the bed early! How do you make it through the day? If I don't get 9-10hrs in on a school night I'm banging my head into my desktop by 3pm.

Tried to get the hose through Pelican - NLA. I've been building these parts up for this job over a few years and I'd forgotten that this hose was MIA - quickly reminded about it yesterday :(

I get up at 4, and I am usually in bed by 9 so I get 7 hours a night.

Speaking of which, It's time for me to hit it. I'll try and catch you all tomorrow. Hooroo SmileWavy

morning guys. Fun drive in to work today. Ice and snow and more on the way. Today was easy everyone has it off but me, tomorrow the rat race will be on the road as well.

Good morning guys. I am at the muffler shop watching him make my exhaust system. That man can weld!
Hopefully I can get outta here soon.

make sure he doesn't weld the muffler bearings , welded bearings are no good , completely ruins their function.

bearing are over rated...........in a muffler anyway.
