Dude, I listen. Last night I had to choose between a cougar from nova Scotia who was going hone today or a local girl my age who noticed the jag I pulled up in. Yeah, the chick my age was hotter, but I really didn't want to have to punch myself in the nuts so I went with the cougar.

well yes and no... it's all very short notice.. i still don't know what kind of debt he has.
And the ruling will then defer to civil court to get a notary assigned... who will then have to assess the situation.

all that won't happen in 1 week.. by then the house will be sold.

Now, i'm not sentimental about the house, never lived there.. But kinda had hoped to stall things .. I'll see if maybe there isn't another court procedure i might pull to do so.

But i'm not quite sure that's in my best interest either.
That house is nice, but not special.. great location and lot's of square feet of ground though.

I think for my best interest i shoudl probably just sell.. But it has to fetch it's true value.. not some low ball auction bidding..
If they are low balling , i'll bid bid myself. (must see bank soon for that part)

Hold on G this could get interesting. Is he a big fella? can ya take him? What about Da Mama?
He's not a big guy. My height, I guess.
But he has been known to get agressive before.
I am not planning to take his punches lying down. I'll fight back. But that doesn't mean I am looking forward to meeting him...
I'm a lover, not a fighter...

Sometimes you need to stand your ground, even if that means risking a beating.

I have NEVER backed down from anyone, especially an ex boyfriend nor an ex husband. But then again I used to be one mean sob, I have mellowed

I was an xbf once

Was actually glad someone else picked off that biotsh, she was suicidal and I was looking to get out gracefully.

The new bf kept wanting to fight me. I never gave him the satisfaction. I assumed it was some ploy to give her back.

He did plant some pot in my van and call the cops on me. I didn't take very well to that. Got a deferred sentence, but still had to spend the night in felony lockup and my family thought I was a dope smoking drug addict after that.

First, I found a road kill skunk, put it in the trunk of his car, then broke the scent sac. A week later I filled the interior of his car with that expanding packing foam stuff. He got a new car.

Next I walked into his sales job at a piano store and acted real friendly and civil like I was going to trade my really nice Saxophone for something else. While we were talking I asked a bit too loud about getting MORE pot from him. He went ape shiet about me coming to his place of work and asking for pot. He got fired over it.

Lastly I mentioned to some unscrupulous friends what this guy had done. Unbeknownst to me they totaled his new Trans Am with a bull dozer. When he came to confront me about it I honestly had no idea what he was talking about and laughed like heck in his face. Later my unscrupulous friends asked if I knew how to start a bull dozer, then laughed and said they did.

Far as I know him and that suicidal chick are still married and have a couple of kids, poor sob.

The worst thing I ever did along the skunk lines was to place the litter box where it would all drain to one corner, got some really cheap litter so it wouldn't absorb, and emptied out with a hypo. Shot that through the weather stripping on a guys car and sprayed the back seat...........in the dead of summer.

Ha ha ha.

One of my Mom's friends gave her a couch. The lady bred cats and sold them to supplement her social security, her whole house smelled like litter box. The couch smelled so bad the salvation army wouldn't take it. Had to take it to the dump, and the garage smelled for a two weeks after it was gone. Thank goodness the lady died before she visited to see Mom did not have the couch.

The cat she gave Mom would stand in the litter box and poop and pee over the edge onto the floor. Mom just put the litter box on a piece of cardboard that would get soaked up and stink up the place. I had to get one of those litter box houses with a top on it so the cat couldn't hang it's butt over the edge.
