I think Sid is the go to guy Tweeze.. dunny why, but i think he knows more on the subject then anybody else on this thread, nay, on this board.
I think he knows about getting tied up in those kinds of arrangements..

That's how they know about those things.. you can't always control who comes to lift the rock from over yer head..

I think my statement was not entirely accurate. I was never barred from social things. I just was shy and realized I did not really connect on any significant level with other kids my age. Ended up with a lot of angst as a young kid. I eventually had a few friends, but I never was very social by choice.

I went to private schools my whole life until college. So that's pretty sheltered.

Basically I was more interested in nuclear physics than dances, even back in grade school. Actually airplanes fascinated me since before I could talk.

What was the question again? :)

And the few times I tried to get to know a girl I liked did not end well for me. That was before I had heard Stijn's words of wisdom on that matter.

Usually the cougar is out hunting for a young buck. They also like to bring a cub back to their den.

What are stijn's words of wisdom?

Flieger 03-30-2012 10:13 AM

I'll let Stijn get that one. :)

I am off now to go work on the FSAE car. Later guys and gals.

Meter time !
just entered them online.. Gas usage has gone down from 531/year to 326/ year down another 40%, roof insulation really pays off..

it was originally 700 the first year.. So essentially i more then halved my heating costs by replacing the windows and insulating the roof.

total electrical usage... went from 3400 to 2700
i'm talking usage, this includes what i produced myself... And the last half year i reduced even more.. So with my solar targeted for 2900 kwh, i should have Noooo problem producing everything myself... I think my usage can drop to 2000 if i keep using what i use now..
But , once i have done a full year of solar production, i'll have my benchmark.. at that point i can start living large again.

When in doubt and about to get into trouble with either jailbait, dancer girls, strippers, gogo's, smakcheads, methheads, crackheads, potheads, mental patients, psycho's, nympho's, gold diggers, cougars, jaguars, twins, hot cousins, religous nuts, arti farty types or yer average bog standard "batchitcrazy" ..

resist the urge, get a picture of the gal in question
And punch yerself in the nuts while looking at said picture.
repeat till the sight of the gal causes physical pain without even punching..

At which point one is safe again.

tweezers74 03-30-2012 10:34 AM

What if you don't have nuts? Like me. Female version please.

svandamme 03-30-2012 10:43 AM

Well you're chit out of luck Tweeze.. I can only fix a man-woman problem for men...
if you got a problem with women, i can only suggest to find an ugly needy one who can cook and then work from there..

What is technically the official definition of a cougar? And cougar hunting? What does that entail? Tools, strategy, survival tips, normal habitat? This should be interesting...

Ok, based of your pics and SN, I'm assuming you were born in 74......so you're 37/8......maybe my standards are off but cougar starts at 40 for me. Most cougars don't really distinguish between Mercedes and BMW, but seem to have an off affinity for Jags.....
As for cougar hunting, there are tons of em here and a good number of em put the local 20 something female population to shame. There is one local bar that is decidedly a cougar hunting ground. Hmmm, after last year, my key survival tip would be to make no attachment, but that's kinda specific to this locale. For the most part, people either move here to retire or to get away from some aspect of their old life. In the case of the latter, severe emotional problems seem requisite and can make for a nasty scene and a lot of tension given the relatively small resident population.......just my observations.

What was your question again? This is about avoiding getting burned.

I guess if you want to use the same technique, get an ice pick.

Oh, hello to everyone on this fine Friday.

HHI944 03-30-2012 11:20 AM

Howdy!

svandamme 03-30-2012 11:20 AM

It's about shutting down the little brain from taking over the blood supply to the big brain, which then causes all the trouble as we know it.

svandamme 03-30-2012 11:21 AM

serious drinking works too.. but only once or twice before the body adjusts and the liver kicks into high gear... nuts don't really adjust like that..
So i no longer advocate that alternative..

svandamme 03-30-2012 11:59 AM

almost beer o'clock now

RKDinOKC 03-30-2012 12:11 PM

Cougar can be as young as 35, but over 40 is more typical. Accepted age difference is 10 or more.
