I've always had anxiety problems, not just associated with underlying issues, but in general. Those little candies calm me down and help me focus, though I don't take them with anywhere near the frequency indicated. It is purely an as needed thing.

My impression of a cougar is a 40+ woman that can't get pregnant and likes 20 something men for their stamina.
