hmm.... i do spend an inordinate amount of time here.

i don't go clubbing anymore. snowboarding season is over (not that it ever really got going this last go-round). the motorcycle just runs. the car needs a minor repair, but i am waiting on parts. what else do i have to fill my time that won't get me into too much trouble?

there is that novel i've been trying to write....

name it. we are in crisis mode over a project that has not started cause the software we are using looks to not be compatable anymore. That means the boss wants to switch gears and work the project at the same time as training. A wreck waiting to happen. Rather than just walk away from it. so much for weekends if this happens.

You guys are like my pocket buddies. Whenever I need an ear to listen to my nonsense babbling, I take you out and post. Nobody even has to be really listening but it is nice to get it out... And get a couple of sympathetic posts... Or a hit yourself in the nuts advice.

Dang. I can't find the thermodynamics tables I used for Thermo 1 last year. Stupid loose-leaf textbook. Now I need them for Thermo 2. I thought I knew where they were...

Found the steam tables and such. They were with the British Literature books I never read and my other homework assignments from last quarter.

I presume a steam table is not something to use to remove wrinkles from clothes.

No, it is much more boring than that. If someone on the street asks you what the specific entropy of H2O at 1 atm and 700 degrees Rankine is you had better have your steam tables close at hand!

I have thick hide. I did not consider for a second stopping posting photos. I have been in the photo business since I was 14 or 15. I love the strange and unusual photos.

I am thinking of shaving a different way.
