By the way, when I asked her what her major was and she said Ag Business I drew a blank. I did not know what to say to that. I did not want to say "what is that?" So, if I do meet someone with a major like that which I have no knowledge of, what would be a good way to continue the conversation in a manner that allows her to talk about herself?

I like that. Since she will probably have some GE or elective courses as well that I may have taken or am interested in and can talk about.

the college i went to has educated more US astronauts then any other school (excluding the service academies), and it's an agriculture school.

Don't know if I'm ready for doing the farm thing. As a matter of fact I know I don't like cows and stuff. If it was just plants at the CP Organic Farm maybe I could do that. But I am hoping the cycling club will lead to something. :)
