I think a tux must almost as bad as electrical drawings.

Trying to get a lab puppy to hold still for a picture may just be an impossible task. The cat is insanely pissed.

Joe, your puppy is so cute!!!!
Glen, I am so sorry for your loss. That must be so hard. Hugs from AZ. Don't think it will help much because your dog was probably much better at "hugging" you. David, have fun at the party. Never have worn a tux so I can't say that it sucks. The CT thing: That is why I don't have TV. And even when I did, I stopped watching the news. The way that they cover "news" is horrible. Even the clips on the internet I have found so crazy. Why are you asking a young child about the horrors they experienced? Why are you proving the crazy man's point that admist this terror and sadness, you will get your five minutes of fame? I just don't understand. I would imagine I would want to take my boys and go to a place where I could just be with them. No media, nobody. Just to hold them tight. I found myself doing that tonight. Taking in every giggle. Breathing in the smell of their hair. Even grinning when they were being little sh*%$. Imagining those parents not even having the chance to do that ever again. I seriously would not be able to function if I was in their shoes. I pray for their well-being. |

Condolences, Glen.
Mrs. Noah really wanted to get rid of our dog last week. I think she's hitting her limit in terms of having little kids in the house, working part time, volunteering, and general running of the household. Thank goodness the cats are fairly self-sufficient. She went so far as to email the rescue service where we found our dog and they responded to just bring the dog back to them. But through fate, the woman in charge was out of town and didn't get back to us regarding details of the handoff/return. At least until the end of the week, by which time we decided (as a family) we really can't part with our dog, neuroses (the dog's) and all. |
The dog's name is Neuroses, Neuro for short?
|
Hehe, no. Hazel is just very neurotic. :)

Morning y'all

Hey Rick.
Kiera (AKA Fourteen Pounds of Fury) and I chased squirrels this morning. To her, it was Christmas. :) |

Welp off to play appliance repairman........ |
Tweze, we watched the movie Die Hard last night. One part in the movie is the TV reporter. He must be the role model for almost every real TV reporter now. All they want is air time. The right or wrong of showing interviewing a child or showing a grief stricken parent means nothing to them. All they care about is air time. Die hard nailed the role model for the typical reporter. Only it was fiction and all the reporters want to emulate him.
