I got my grades in (made the Dean's List) and got the notification that I passed the F.E. exam, so I got to fill out my application for an Engineer in Training Certificate with 12/12/12 next to my signature. :)

Ahem.

For the record, I prefer barefoot, or as close to as possible. :)

Max, you are unique! ;) keep up the good work.

Although, I'm not sure if it's having a drink or driving the porcelain bus (I think I've been in a similar position once or twice).

Sterling work :)

i don't have a problem with the dog drinking from the toilet.

we've done the puppy thing before. i was up two or three times a night to take the pup outside to pee or poop. and accidents happen. the idea is to sequester the pup when we are not around so that it doesn't poop all over the house. our schedules are good for this, as one of us is nearly always home. the first go-round, not so much. we'd come home to poop all over the linoleum, because that is how we sequestered the pup. my wife is a saint.

I said more weather-resistant than the 911, which means pretty much anything with windows and window seals. If we installed the windscreen wipers it might make the 911 more rain-worthy but the Yoko Advan AO48s aren't the best on such a light car in the rain.

Flieger 12-17-2012 08:21 PM

And I hope to stay in California, so CA weather-resistant is a lot easier to accomplish. :)

did you have more, or is it lingering? alcohol?

HHI944 12-17-2012 08:30 PM

Let's not talk about window seals.......the windshield on the jag......that was replaced recently with a myriad of stupid **** from the dealer involved, is leaking. I swear I could feel the blood vessels in my head exploding......

I'm gonna draft the complaint this week most likely and sue these morons.....and as soon as the windshield is fixed, I'm probably gonna trade in on an Elise or a 996 cab

lingering. don't know how much they gave me, sharyn said they loaded me up three times with it before I stopped complaining about the pain in my back. It just sent me to sleep for a while.

nynor 12-17-2012 08:43 PM

huh. usually, morphine is out of your system.

window leakage is bad.

Thanks. It was a lot of work since I spent all of my time on FSAE stuff. Pulled my first two all-nighters for the car. Luckily FSAE is also my senior project.

Alissa (my senior project partner) is doing fine but based on her facebook posts I'd really have to go out of my comfort zone to keep up with her...

Still, it is always nice to have a girl around who likes talking cars/engineering. :)
