I disagree. I have gone out with plenty of guys who are friends. Those weren't dates.

575 ccs of saline has little to no effect on one's buoyancy.

Knew a girl that looked like that. Wore 3 bras, one to hold them together, one to hold them up, and one to hold them in the other two. She got a breast reduction and immediately lost her job. They grew back!

Isn't a date a dried up piece of fruit?

Jferr006 05-28-2013 02:00 PM

It's definitely not THAT

sorry, we are going to have to politely agree to disagree.... were the men gay? if i were single and went to dinner, even mcdonalds with someone as attractive as you, i'd definitely consider it a date.

Ok. I kinda agree with you to a point. Maybe they considered it a date and I didn't? Isn't there a saying somewhere that if you ask a guy if a girl is his friend, he would say yes. And if you asked him if he knew there was a chance to be more than that, he would take it...Always. That's why I think men and women approach this differently. Because I can honestly say I can go out with a guy and if he made an advance and I wasn't interested, I could turn him down without blinking an eye. Men, if a woman made an advance on him, whether a little or a lot interested, most men would run with it, yes? Exception being married men.

In Oklahoma, if the man and woman aren't related, it's a date. In other states it may not matter if they are related.

Holy moly... You guys are giving me an eye opener. I have probably "asked out" guys and didn't even know it! Just like I say to girls that I like after meeting them, "we should hang sometime, I like you!", I have said that to guys that I only see as friends. Hmmmm... Need to be more conscious of that then.

tweezers74 05-28-2013 02:59 PM

Or maybe it's different out here in the west?

Depends on how far west you are. Arizona I'd say probably similar. Once you get to San Francisco or Long Beach all bets are off...

I'd probably get scared and run away. :D

Actually, it would depend on how much I liked the girl. Otherwise it would be "just friends".
