I've had a Prius and a Jeep rear end my old Series Landy.........the guy in the Jeep literally did a facepalm, because my truck had a little paint from his on it and his bumper was half ripped off.....the prius driver was a douche so I told the firemen that showed up that I smelled a weird chemical smell and though one of his batteries might have ruptured....

I hate seeing an F150+ type tank in the rear mirror, all I see is the licence plate, and I feel they are just going to go straight over the top,

I have the worst luck of anybody on the planet. The house next door to me is for sale, it is a foreclosure and a REO. I just checked and they had a price drop of 60k and are now sitting one hundred dollars above mine.
I am never going to get out of here. I have a very bad feeling I am going to die in this house. Don't get me wrong I love my house but I don't want to be here anymore.
Insert a rather long string of obscenities at top volume here.

Rick, foreclosures always have to sell for less. Doesn't necessarily means that negatively impacts your house. When I went house-hunting a few years ago, the foreclosures were always run down. May look OK from the outside, but insides had been gutted before the previous owners bailed. Ripped up floors and carpets, stolen plumbing and light fixtures, broken cabinets, etc. So if the next-door house is "equivalent" to yours on paper, it should still sell for less. And new owners usually don't want projects.

I was owned by my friend Lisa who rented it out and then lost it due to some very bad planning and a tenant who didn't pay the rent. The house is not in bad shape.
My realtor said it was a hud listing and that would help me sell my house which makes no sense to me. 165k is 165k be the house listed by hud or not. Oh well, it will be what it is.
I am just very antsie because I found the place in Tucson I REALLY want, but it is also a foreclosure and I can't contract it contagion the sale of mine because of it being a foreclosure.
