Great picture with Diamond head in the background. We always preferred the north shore. I spent many many hours in that ocean.

No max, the surf shop had a photographer in the water with us. We got a bunch of good pics and video.

And glen, we want to try the north shore, but with limited time it wasn't an option. Next time. ;)

I've come to the realization that I fuking hate vacation. The amount of stress the two weeks before and 2 weeks after I'm gone don't make up for the joy of being away from work. It's not fuking worth it.

I love vacations. I just don't like the long flights across the ponds.

Glen, we turn the heater off in the ocean on purpose when out-of-towners get in the water.

The national news showed the story of some town in Southern California with a huge mudslide and Northern California with huge forest fires. Of course knowing the media it was likely a mud puddle in the south and a campfire in the north.
