well caught up, Jeff that blurb about the cricket was gold! I even understood it, it was very similar to the baseball one.

Went to Comic Con on Saturday, what a hoot! didn't apy to get in just filed into the convention centre with everyone else, sat upstairs and watched the passing parade of nerds, geeks, weirdos, trans genders, mutant ninja transponders power rangers and jedi nights just roll on past. There was a starbucks upstairs so at least there was coffee, not great coffee but
at least reasonable.

Definitely worth the zero we paid to watch. The midget and gf paid to actually go inside lol

Oh yeah and the timing of the ZZ concert in western DC suburbia tomorrow night really sucks, but we just have to go! Hopefully all this bs about Muslims and bikers is just that bs, and media rhetoric. Fingers crossed.

Went to the hairdressers today, and when i came out there was a Guards Red 930 Turbo Slantnose behind marilyn, not that I like slantnose cars, but it was very nice. He was a local apparently owns the Budds Creek Motocross track. He bought the car at an insurance auction, it had been stolen in NJ and when it was found it was in a container going to Japan, gone in 60 seconds, for real. Well as it had taken quite a while to find by the cops, the insurance companyh had paid out on the car, so it was auctioned off, nobody bid, as they thought it was some ****ty kit car, so he was laughing.

Got his number, and might have to go for a ride sometime

The Tojo came home this arvo and I'm impressed by the workmanship. Couldn't tell there was ever a piece of metal missing in the panel. Other bonus, as I pulled a wad of cash from my wallet to pay for the job, the shop owner says 'I'll knock off 20% if you're paying cash' - Deal, woohoo!

Kind of makes you wonder how badly they are screwing the insurance companies on a regular basis
