While working on a monthly magazine I went to take some pictures of a camel to have a some artwork painted. The lady we found north of town that had some camels also had a herd of those fainting goats. They were hilarious to see in person. Quietly walk out into the middle of them, then suddenly raise your arms and yell boo. They all fall over.

It didn't help that the big male camel's name was Clyde.
The article was about how camel's don't store water in their humps. They are the only mammal whose red blood cells expand to store the water so they can drink much more to start with and go much longer without drinking.

My question about the whole weed thing is, Co. has a very bad issue with people just shooting randomly at crowds, I wonder if they were thinking if everybody is stoned they will be to baked to do really (relatively speaking) stupid stuff?

Back when I was 10 or 11 my buddy and I rode our bikes to the base exchange when they were closed because there was a cigarette vending machine outside. We each bought a pack of Camels for 25 cents. That was the fun part. We rode over to the river and smoked three cigarettes each and we both decided that was stupid and tasted bad. I littered by throwing my pack in the river. I have not felt the need to set something on fire and put it my mouth since.

I started smoking back in high school during my partying days and continued for thirty five years. I quit several times during that time but never for long. Last mothers day I threw them down and this time the quitting has stuck. From time to time during some very stressful times I have wanted one but I mentally slap myself and the urge passes.
Just like my alcoholism, it is part of my past and who I am today.
