Yeah, but please keep this crap on PARF. Thanks.

GH85Carrera 02-27-2014 05:38 AM

Two moron talking heads. I could only take 15 seconds. I want my 15 seconds back.

Jim Richards 02-27-2014 05:39 AM

Me too!

Andy911sc 02-27-2014 06:00 AM

I want my 4 minutes back.

Sorry Jim I thought this was a random crap page. I think there is still a lot of other random crap on here to keep us off the PARF radar. I was just throwing it up because I got a complete laugh out of both sides of this. Especially the face the democrat makes...hahahaha. I wasn't looking for political banter just a shared laugh at the stupidity.

Jeff, is it safe to go in the water, or are there critters that can eat ya in there?

Dude, the whole country is beautiful landscaped and critters that have both the means and the desire to kill humans

nynor 02-27-2014 08:42 AM

i think that if it is a spot in australia, there are things there, wherever it may be, that can and will kill a person.

on another note, i figured out how to the drain the coolant without making a huge mess: if i pull the hose off of the water pump block off plate and let that drain, then pull the block off plate and remove the tiny thermostat for the turbo charger, it all drains in the same place. if i pull the drain plug from the radiator, it gets everywhere.

anyway, the new block off plate and O-ring are supposed to be delivered today, so i may have my car back by this afternoon. the upside is that the car got new coolant, twice, so i am thinking that the cooling system should be pretty happy.

Ok something good came up. Trip to vet for pup at 12:30 rest of afternoon off!

GH85Carrera 02-27-2014 09:05 AM

Wow, you would rather go spend money at the vets than work.

We took our two in for their annual shots and checkup last weekend. It is amazing what a vet charges for a short visit and shots.

Porsche-poor 02-27-2014 09:06 AM

Who said I'm not getting paid? I have been here long enough that I earn tones of vacation time. So much that I can't use it all so I lose it.

we go to the humane society for scheduled shots. wounds, and such, i treat at home. at the IFA (intermountain farmers association) i can get all their shots, except rabies, and administer them myself. i've not chosen to go that far, yet.

Porsche-poor 02-27-2014 09:15 AM

In this case the pup is recovering from surgery so I kinda have to take some time off during the day to go in. I don't mind its sunny out.

nynor 02-27-2014 09:19 AM

ah, well, that's different. sorry your pup needed surgery. enjoy the weather. :)

Porsche-poor 02-27-2014 10:08 AM

Yep a little left rear knee reconstruction. we call her tri-pod now

GH85Carrera 02-27-2014 10:14 AM

I just ordered my lift.

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bpi-5175730/overview/

It will be in next week. Now I just need to borrow a trailer to get it home. It weighs 950 lbs. I will likely have to rent a pallet jack to move it on and off of the trailer.

nynor 02-27-2014 10:17 AM

if that part will get here, i'll be doing some reconstruction surgery on ingrid. :)

nynor 02-27-2014 12:10 PM

so, the part gets here. and then the rain starts within ten minutes. no kidding.

i got the new part on there and the hose clamps tightened up, then decided that it was a bad idea to continue allowing all the rain into my engine compartment. what a frickin nightmare.
