I guess they had to beat the Cowboy's stadium screen. Beating the Cowboys in football is easy enough.

I guess with enough $$$$$ they can make the screen about any size. What are the absolute limits on screen size? Could someone order one twice the size of that new one.

Theoretically we could build out as big as you want. When they are that big we build in sections and just start bolting them together.

No David, the correct question is how many million dollars have you got.

I am taking donations now for the "Get a Bigger Screen for Richard" Fund.

(Que Sarah McLachlan song here)

Poor Richard has to endure watching programming and movies on only a 65 inch flat screen. It is a tragedy of neglect and abuse. Imagine only 65 inches. But you can help. You can donate via Paypal to rkd@zipbang.com. It's easy and you will be glad you helped someone in such dire need. Go to your Paypal account now and send a donation to rkd@zipbang.com Small or large very donation counts. It's people like you that make a difference. No purchase applicable. Offer not valid where prohibited by law.

Good luck with that... I've never been impressed with HP, including the new $1400 ultra book corporate sent me in December.

Got current laptop in 2010. Downsized from 17" to 15" but upsized external monitor from 21" to 26". For years carted 17in laptop back and forth to work. Now laptop very seldom leaves desk plugged into the external monitor.

They guys that donated said they did so because they thought it was hilarious. Tried to send the money back and they just sent it back again.

At the time there was a young guy that had traded his 928 for a Ducati. He lived in Florida and the Bike was in Washington State. He asked the group to help and they were funding his trip. It was very entertaining as he was sleeping in the car on the way there, and at the side of the road on the way back. Along the way he was also stopping to meet the board members. A couple of times he got arrested for his choice of inebriation and where he was sleeping. He would stop every couple of hours and post to the board. In Kansas somewhere on the way back he was tossed in jail for Oxycotton abuse after crossing Colorado without enough protection from the cold weather way too little sleep and trying to get truckers to give him money to fix something or other on the bike itself. Pretty much didn't hear from him after the calls he made to members for bail money.

Rats.

My new toy, I mean tool! scissor lift was supposed to be delivered today. The shipping company started crawfishing and finally blamed the crappy weather from last week. It will be Thursday before I get it.

Just hope they didn't hire someone from Shipping Warsl

Can just see that Jarret dude showing up with a 900lb box in the back of his bus, or the long haired guy griping because you don't have a fork lift to unload it.

The new work laptop is pretty cool...full keyboard w/numberpad, a million ports for anything you could ever want to plug in...a desktop dock station with even more ports....thinking about setting it up on the desktop with 2 or 3 monitors...

Hey Sid, you need to swing by tomorrow and hang over the interstate installing a sign. The winds are supposed to be 45 to 50.
