The studies show 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day, just enough to elevate your heart rate, and it can be 3 or 4 minutes at a time spread throughout the day is all that is needed to stay healthy.

I went for a leisurely bike ride with my son today on the beach bike path along the Santa Monica/Venice. You guys could have ridden back and forth for 3 easy hours there. The scenery was fantastic. Slodave, if you could only wake up early...

Interesting. My wrench is also one of the driving instructors. I told him my issue with a helmet. Gave me an idea to try and if that won't work he said buy dinner and he would find a place to take the car and me.

Another 2:15 in the gym....chest/tris day.....I was pretty well beaten by yesterday's festivities, but I stuck it out. Tomorrow is leg day....Y'know the get co hump day commercial? That's how I am about leg day

I exercised today too......drove the 911 almost 200 miles today. Zigged and sagged all over the state. North up the east side, along the Canadian border and down the center of the state. Hope they repave the roads up in the Jay area before the Porsche Parade in 2016.
