Jim, we are staying in Aliso Viejo. It's 73 here today. ;). Nice cool breeze coming in.

Waves were pretty flat today, but still fun to float around and catch the few that we could.

They can replace those these days...

Would've been a nice day for sailing. I'll have to wait until right after Labor Day. Oh well.

I'd love to go for a sail. I'd want to go with someone who has experience though I've only been out a few times in a small boat in a lake.

I first started sailing about 30 years ago. Mostly on bays and inland waterways, but we've done a little coastal cruising, too. Lu and I also used to race our old J/22-class sailboat around the southeast and mid-Atlantic. Not the fastest, but it was fun.

Sail boats...

Scene... On a double date. After the movie go to watch the submarine races at a local lake. Friend and his date get out of car, me and my date stay in the back seat. After a while we hear a girl scream "Come inside, come inside!" Then a group of people laughing. We look out to see a dimly lit sail boat passing by and against it the silhouette of a couple franticly grabbing up their clothes.

Don't know why we had to leave so quickly, it's not like the people on the sail boat had a spot light.
