Still has a lack of power at low rpm. Haven't pulled the turbo apart yet so it maybe stuck vanes in the VGT.

EGR could be constipated

Actually stuck open will cause that issue, blocked up won't and diesel EGR is naaaaaaaaasty

6.0 is a ford engine and really not worth the effort to keep one running, you have to remove the cab to pull the heads, the serp belt is a rube goldberg-esk disaster. One that is running right is a horse but that is one in five.

Pulled the EGR....it was clean. But to be honest.....I never looked to see if it was open or closed.

I had a total piece of sh t day, today. Everything turned out OK in the end, but that's solely because I sprinted (figuratively) for about 10 hours straight today.

I came home and had 3 shots right away. Couple more with dinner.

Maybe it's a sad reflection upon me. Or maybe it's a comment on society. Maybe I need more hobbies and past times. But when I was so ridiculously frustrated today, the only legal and socially acceptable way for me to vent was to go drink. Reading a book or doing pilates or duct taping a cardboard boat weren't going to cut it. Maybe I'm an anti-social a-hole, but driving a car or riding a motorcycle in anger isn't socially acceptable. I'm not allowed to go ride a mountain bike after dark off pavement. I don't have the time to waste signing up for a gym or tennis club membership. So I came home and downed 3 shots (having last eaten about 23 hours before). What else was I going to do that I wouldn't regret the next day?

I beg to differ the beer is for pussies.... Try some of that 9.5% Belgian beer and get back to me... If you can, but pretty sure you'll be passed out on the floor.
