Well blew up a few phones and got some stuff rolling, I also called my guy over in BuenaVista and got the real skinny on the little house we were looking at. 38K would take it, looks like I am 36K short right now.
I called the guy who has my listing and basically told him what we were going to be doing and that he needs to make hay or his sign would become a backing for some 100 yard target backing. I am going into full biz mode now.
Beth and I have decided that Tucson is going to be a vacation spot for right now and a target for later on.

an hour on the big rubber band that goes round and round in an annoying kinda way, and at 10% incline, so then it was time for a coffee, probably undid everything that I did on the treadmill, but hey a person needs coffee.

MLK day, so another day off, bonus, although with Stevo away not much fun happening here atm.

AND yeah for the Patriots, biggest midget and GF are both happy as they are Patriot fans, even if they didn't get to watch it live as they were working away back in Oz. Pretty 5hitty game considering Colts efforts last week against cowboys, but hey, Patriots are in the super bowl. Also wanted Green Bay to win, but that was not to be. Now just have to sort out where I will go to watch the Super Bowl, so many invites, just have to pick the best party, maybe will work it out on who has the best food lol, oh and the biggest TV!! Last nights game on the big huge litepro screen thing was great, the players were almost lifesize.

We took the Texas Star to a bachelor party and one of the guests was a LEO. He went through ten magazines before he hit a single plate on it. I don't know if he had 13,14,15 round mags, but he was terrible. He couldn't hit a standing clay at 7 yards either. When we were at a rang in Yuma we saw a LEO firing at a 1/2 scale silhouette at 7 yards and he was happy that he had half his rounds on the target. I almost asked if he had his eyes open.

Point is, maybe your local guy was saving face as if there is not target to miss...

I'm still trying to get him financed, I am looking at my options to help him. I am pushing the sale of my other property and should that happen he is golden. I'm about 45K away from helping him (and me)
