Pete, I can't help but wonder why you continue to live in a place that seems to have 3 seasons. Tons of snow, mud and slush, and a few weeks of sun... ;)

I wonder sometimes too Sid but I like the area, the people, the wide open spaces, no crowds, no traffic, although we do have a traffic light, ........it's 12 miles from here......1 light in the whole of Orange County (that's 687 sq. miles).

oh........and we have 4 seasons
