that's habit I'd like to form but for now the meds won't let me. I love the fact the one is supposed to get rest and take it easy. Yeah right one of the side effects is insomnia. I'm up with Slodave hours.

I have always been asleep quickly. Next thing I know the alarm is going off.

It takes me about thirty seconds to fall asleep, and I usually stay that way until either the alarm goes off or my cat Panzer decides to wake me

Okay David, here is how you fall asleep instantly, there are two methods.
1: get comphy in bed and take a cleansing breath, that is where you let out a long slow breath that is more then what you took in. This causes your lungs to actually draw in more air then they normally would, it forces you to relax.
2: Piss off the little woman, she'll put you to sleep

On rare occasions I got to bed when my mind is still working on problems or something else has my attention. I just deliberately think of some boring. I go through every possible little step in doing a brake pad change on the 911. I have done it several times and it is easy. Boring as heck. Don't let your brain get to thinking about something else. If you have wondered off to something else start at the first step of the brake job, even if you do that same wheel several times in your mind. pick any boring task. The next time you are working on something boring, remember the steps and think about it when it is time to sleep.

Learn to yawn on demand. Stretch your mouth open as wide as you can with your eyes closed, then inhale slowly and think of yawning. With a little practice you can yawn on demand. Yawn 5 times and you will go right to sleep.

or

When I was on pain killers and couldn't sleep my nurse told me to look at some playboy magazines. Said it always works for her husband. LOL.

Oh joys of IT.
Started my new 'puter (got a new one on Monday) and BAM! 18,000 new emails! WTF?!
My emailadress was (unasked) included into a Remedy-testapplication yesterday. It generated 10 emails per hour so I thought ... ok, no problem.
But it seems they found a bug tonight. The application started to loop big time!

So, now I will spend the first hours indexing the emails in Outlook and erase the ***** :-(
