May be a message or calendar event with errors that is stopping the phone. Had that happen with one user. Phone just wouldn't sync past the bad message. Had to find and delete the corrupted message. Luckily it showed up in the Outlook sync errors.

Evening Y'all,
Even without knowing it I would have known it was monday. Simple things became complex issues, but the boots are off so it is all good now

Noooooooo

Somewhere on my vacation I've lost my favorite pocket knife!!!!

Seems they have stopped selling them and can't find one anywhere.

It is a Wenger Pocket Tool Chest, the scissors are different than Victronics, they actually work And the tiny screw driver is great to tightening eyeglass frames. And the stainless case doesn't get scratched up like the typical red plastic swiss army knifes.

Calendar slippage. We are under a tornado watch. One year ago today we had 2 inches of s***.

I think I prefer the tornado watch.

Supposed to be 65 degrees today, and 38 degrees for a high on Saturday. One year ago we had a white out that covered the ground with snow, so we can't complain so far.

Sid, I saw we were warmer here than El Centro CA so I figured y'all were not very warm either. Supposed to be back to normal for deer season. I will take upper 20s to low 30s over -25* any year.

Lot of rain here the last couple days. Could have been snow and that would have been bad, I don't have the winter tires on the truck yet.

I had a very unusual list of items to bring to work this morning. One sledgehammer and one real old laptop. The laptop really belongs to the company but it is OLD and painful slow. I use it only to play Pandora in my garage. It has a serial port so it can easily hook up to our airborne GPS unit that is stupid expensive. Heck the software annual subscription cost almost a grade per year for the GPS to post process the data.

The sledge was to pound 24 inch steel pins into the ground through the holes in some parking lot stops. The idiots next door at work keep driving over them and pushing into the middle of our parking lot. They will no longer be moved. The vehicle will stop.

Evening Y'all.
Glen if the idiot neighbors decide to push the barriers again and actually manage to do it I say spike strips would be the next step.

We tried to come up with something that was not a silly amount of work and not dangerous to someone walking through the parking lot. In the end leaving the pins sticking up and painted florescent red should do it. They will be a good deterrent and stop anything short of a 18 wheeler and those will not even fit in their parking lot.

Not soon enough, Rick.

This morning the Jetta's tranny/clutch kind of freaked me out. At first it was a bit stiff moving the shifter, then, when I depressed the clutch pedal and then released it normally, the tranny engaged like an on/off switch. Very abrupt. I depressed the clutch pedal again, released it normally and it did it again. After that, the shifts went back to normal. WTF? I think that beater Jetta is trying to suck more money out of me.
