Yea, selling it to the average Joe is not gonna happen. It likely will sell to some European or Arab.

I would think an auction like Amelia Island or Pebble Beach would be a good idea but what the heck do I know about it.

I went to hop over our fence from the neighbor's and missed the landing, big time! My left knee bent sideways. It's not broken but hurts like he!!!!!.

I've done the hop many times but the fence flexed just right and I lost balance. On the couch with a fabric brace on it holding the bits together.

I thought you were going to say you snagged the boy's on the way over the fence........might have saved you an appointment.

Getting old sucks. I went over my back horse fence a few weeks back, caught my foot in the top rung and landed on my back.....bruised ribs, and a pinched nerve in my neck, and a coupla chiropractor visits.
