Of course Captain Jack saves the planet and the kids.

The 4th season starts with another good premise. Death for humans is eliminated. No healing or regeneration, just NOTHING will kill a human. Blow em up and the pieces of the person still move. Car accidents mangle a body but no death. Cancer continues to grow with no death. Of course in normal times over 115,000 people die every day. Now the population is exploding. Babies that would have been miscarriages continue to delivery. Pain and suffering continue, just no death. I am still in the middle of that season. Oh yea, only humans are immortal, all other things still die.
Including Jack!

Looking for a heavy bag to workout at home with. Filled bags are expensive to ship, but I wonder how much fabric it takes to make the bag weigh 130#. We need a longer one for leg work like cuts.

Will stop in at a local sporting goods place to see what they have as well. Not sure if the Everlast is as good as the more expensive Ringside, Title, Outslayer stuff. Then starts the slippery slope of getting wraps, mitts, focus mitts, shin guards (blocking kicks really hurts).

I also think the daughter smiles a little too much during the kicking drills.

Never used a punching bag, and no brothers to use without extremely negative results either. Never thought using a Marine as a punching bag was a good idea.

Hey Jim, thanks for sending on some rain instead of sucking it all up. We have had an inch of rain this afternoon. More to come. We would like lots more.

It rained? Was really busy today and completely missed it. Not even when Pepper went out to do her stuff.

Glen the local PCA mag came out. Looks like pre-reg is 2/20 with three picks for hotels and final reg is 4/3ish.

Actually the said the 20th is President's day and they moved it to the 21st. I figure I will check on the 20th but I think it will be the 21st.

It is marked on my calendar. Thanks for the reminder.

Yea, it is Preffered. Less time looking for a place to park. Parking is always a challenge.

Thanks Jim, send more.

I saw the aftermath of an expensive whoops. It is raining and just a few blocks from the local Porsche dealer a 997 model of 911 was two wheels over a tall curb and smashed against a utility pole. No doubt the airbags went off. The cops were there already. Someone is having a bad day. No ambulance so I presume no injuries.

The mouse I have been using here at work is failing. The scroll wheel was real sluggish and now it is dead. The finish on the mouse is worn off from my hand holding it. The black plastic on the side of it has all the texture worn smooth from my thumb. It is fairly old so I ordered a new $17 mouse. It is likely a good thing for the environment since this mouse eats batteries fairly fast. Two AA batteries. The new one is a single AA battery and it supposed to last 10 months. We will see.

Pepper is getting where she likes getting dried off after being out in the rain. Even dipping her paws in a tub of water and cleaning the mud off. She does expect a treat afterwards though.

Good hump day morning all.

We lock our dogs in the laundry room when we leave for more than a few minutes. They have a doggie door so they have access to the back yard and we have a water bowl and bed for them in the laundry room so it is not a horrible experience for them. They can read the signs and as soon as the TV goes off and Mrs. Carrera puts on shoes they know to head towards the laundry room. We always give then a treat for turning themselves in.
