We order lunch using Amazon restaurants quite a bit and have good success. Not sure if that had anything to do with having it delivered to an Amazon restaurant or not.

I have never tried the Amazon restaurants. We have a few places deliver pizza or sandwiches but most of the time we just go to the restaurant to eat, or eat what we bought at the grocery store. We had steaks and corn on the cob on father's day in honor of our fathers since they would have like the meal.

I can see the pavement machine at the end of the road project so the new pavement should be down today. It was tough to be in survival mode stuck at home with all the utilities working and a full fridge but we survived. That is as close to camping as I want to get.

My wifes mom, step-dad and brother are visiting for a couple weeks. Our house was without power yesterday for an hour or so. No big deal unless a lot of people start pooping. With no power to the pump you can only flush so many times!

Decided on headlights for the "D". It was only $40 more for real projectors from theretrofitsource.com and it doesn't look too bad to do. I did have to bake the headlights to get the lenses off. Funny, you do something strange and everyone is a comedian.

Work sucked yesterday. Some days I think it would be easier if I were a department of 1.

Morning all.

Been busy with life and the w place has had me prepping for another trip - 30 something hours of airports and planes tomorrow. Business class sucks.

Shazzas fossils have arrived for their annual pilgrimage north.

David, our thoughts are with you and your missus and family. Fingers crossed.

See yooooz in a few weeks.

I'd like to holiday over in your part of the planet but the problem is getting the missus to travel any part of the world where the random incident are happening. One day...

She freaks a bit when I travel o/s for work.

Just avoid the big cities. Well, I guess you have to land in one, but then avoid them. Land at LAX, see Jim quick and make a tour!

Mrs Carrera was pouting that I have not been kissing her in the morning when I "go to work" and I guess the 30 foot walk down the hall to my home office is my job, and I was there until I left for lunch. I will be sure to kiss her goodby in the morning.
We have a presentation in front of a large group at the National Severe Storms Lab in Norman, OK. The bad news is we will have to wear long pants and shirts with buttons! Ack Ack Ack!
Hopefully it will bring in some new clients.
