Hey Monday is over!

Well I my flight is booked to head off to IAD. Also know as Dulles International Airport. I will be in that area from Feb 6th to the 9th. I am trying to meet up with RickV for dinner some evening.

I am going to a seminar put on jointly by the company that makes our camera system and the software vendor that makes the 3D models from our aerial images. It should be interesting to put a face to the voice on the phone. I have met the camera folks, just not the software folks.

We have one project we have been working on for a month straight using 4 computers. It is not done yet, but close.

Hopefully Rick and his wife can make it over to for a face to face howdy.

Oh noooo, they must think it is still Monday. I get to to thru and change all the Active Directory and Email information that says HR Department to People And Culture Department. Think whomever came up with that BS used Peeple in a Cult because it is close to Politically Correct. I still have an alias for HR emails that is Personnel.

My personal opinioni the department never should have changed from Personnel.

Yea, I am still bummed I did not get up there to meet you. All those states in that part of the country are still on my to do list. I am registered for the 2018 Parade in central Missouri. I heard that in 2019 Parade is in Boca Raton, FL. That will get me to basically Miami. I will just HAVE to drive to Key West and go to the most southern point in the continental USA. That will get me as far away from you as possible! :p

If you want distance then wait till this summer. Looks like Paris is back on.

Taking lessons from Glen I see. I personally think he tricked me into a 5 hour drive in the 911 with my old man only to bail and not make his what three day drive out here.

Yeah, he made us drive all the way down there to met up!

Well that's rude......but then again he was at home at the time.

I was all set to drive to the great far northeast. I even had a free room and board at my cousins place in Bozeman, MT and a to days at Yellowstone all set up.

Am sure Glen would much rather have gone to parade than deal with the goofus fiasco last summer. Seems like he is liking it much better now, well...except for that new boss being so demanding and having him do all the special favors.

Mother-in-law has camera issues. She cant seem to take a picture with out it making a burst of shots. Is there a way to turn that off. We can't seem to get her to touch the screen button and not hold it down.....

I'm not so sure. If he was really ready to head to the far northeast he would still have missed us out west.......... Sorry Glen its to easy to pick on you today.

The business trip next week will be the first time I have been on an commercial airline since 2006. I really hate commercial airline flights. I have little doubt there will be some screaming child and a unpleasant event of some sort. I will have to deal with a lot of people! Yuck.

Well then don't ever get on a plane with my son. Never fails to have a screaming kid on it when he is flying, drives him nuts. I go alone and its all nice and no noise. The worst is more than one kid and they scream on different schedules.

Our kids were good travelers. Other than the time Emily threw up coming into Chicago when she was little. Jenny got up to get stuff to clean it up and the stewardess told her to sit down. Jenny said OK and told the stewardess to clean it up. The stewardess changed her mind for some reason.
