I don’t know. I do no the aircraft has to be a commercial aircraft and not a home built or experimental.

When the founder of the company I work for was in HS he a and buddy home built a glider. He says it flew great. They flew it for about a year. His buddy had a fatal crash in it and he said that was the last interest he had in flying. He never said if it was due to pilot error or not. He did say his Mom had a lot to do with his decision.

He told me about it when I was getting into hang gliding. It was after I had discovered 1 in 20 hang glider enthusiast died gliding and had already decided to look for another hobby.

Speaking of dangerous hobbies, I’m trying to refinish the wheels on the garage Queen. Lots of nasty, noxious fumes. Too bad the previous owner was a bit careless with his wheels.

We had a great turnout. There were 3 - 356s that showed up and one 924. Lotsa 911s from 1978 to new ones. Lots of modern Porsche’s.

Good Morning.

I would like to have it on record...I have NOTHING to do with the fact this is a Monday.

Have had trouble sleeping this weekend so binge watched the first 3 seasons of the Black Mirror series.
That is some messed up stuff. Kinda like the Outer LImits or Twilight Zone only pushing current technology a little.
Interesting to figure out what is going on, then where they are going with it.

Last Wednesday the body shop said they had all the parts for Cayenne and would be ready last Friday.
Will it be ready this week. Want to start a pool on when they will call?

I watched the first season of "Legion." Now that is a weird show. Right up there with the "Van Johnson"

Yep back to Monday.

Black Mirror isn't really horror ie., no physic, extraterrestrial, ghost stuff, but the dark side of what might happen with technology.

Each episode is a vignette not related or even similar characters in other episodes. Like twilight zone and outer limits.

Hope you got him all squared away and he is, at least, not pissed off or totally discouraged.

There is a 94 yo lady living in the house behind mine. Her husband invested in the company I work for, and he was a banker. He passed leaving her everything. About the same time, the wife of a couple they spant most of their time with passed. Since they were such good friends they got married. Several years later he passed as well leaving her everything. She has never worked a day in her life. She now has around the clock in home care.

Come to think of it...

My Grandfather on my Dad's side had a housekeeper/nurse.
The Bro's FIL's Dad had a housekeeper/nurse.
Bro's inlaws had a housekeeper that one day a week cleaned house for Bro and his wife.
When Bro's FIL built a house behind mine he had a housekeeper then got a housekeeper/nurse.
My Bro and Sil that lives behind me have a housekeeper, and a lady that cooks for them.
When I hired a live in housekeeper/nurse to take care of Mom for two weeks while i took vacation she was a black lady.

In fact, they were/are all black ladies, including the lady behind me's housekeeper/nurse.

Interesting.

From my experience with my Mom, i would stay with him a few nights so I would be there when he wakes in the middle of the night disoriented. Then you can explain things to him. Mom seemed more receptive when she would wander out of her bedroom in the middle of the night wondering where she was. She was probably dreaming about people she knew and was looking for them, or someone familiar. Sometimes she even asked where everyone was. I was a familiar person telling her where she was and showing her some of the stuff around the house she recognized. The bulb would light sometimes dimly but she seemed content and go on back to bed. Waking at night was different than waking during the day. Think maybe she was suggestible because she wasn't fully awake.

Busy morning for me at the computer.

My MIL is funny is so many things with a computer. She was using an older version of Quicken and it was going to quit working if she did not upgrade. So she had me lof into her system and I helped her through the few clicks to download the update. She would get a text message from Quicken that has a 6 digit code to verify her identity. She would read it to me, and I had to enter it on her system. She read me the CC number and I entered it. It all went real smooth, and she is now updated.

I wish I could but I have been off work with so much other stuff I can't afford any more time off unless I don't want to get paid or give up the rest of my vacation that is scheduled to be in Paris.

We actually went to the grocery store again this weekend. I saw this and laughed and had to take a picture.
