Good Morning.

That mexican food yesterday evening must have had some after effects I didn't know about .
This morning Pepper was sleeping on the couch instead of her usual spot at the foot of the bed.

Also that parking lot attendant must have been waiting for me to pay him on the way out. By the time I got to the Cayenne and left, his booth was empty and he was gone. Didn't bring any actual cash so had the restaurant give me cash back to pay the attendant. Kinda like putting the parking on the dinner bill.

You must have eaten in Bricktown. Where else do you have to pay to park for a restaurant. The one reason we don't eat in Bricktown very much. A few places have free parking.

With a million restaurants fighting for my business, I just can't see paying to park to spend money at a restaurant.

Hey TGIF!

Yep, was lazy and wanted to park next to the restaurant. Just too danged convenient. And didn't want to send the flipper family too far to go eat.

Well...
Part of my even work is to watch to make sure all the apps run on our AS400.
The nightly save app, SAVACT runs into issues with the app that provide browser access to data from our AS400, NXAPACHE.
The typical result of those issues is alerts are send out about the issues and it ends the NXAPACHE app and save then quietly finishes.
In my reports I call this the DANCE.
After a couple of months of me restarting NXAPACHE so the night shift would have browser access to the AS400 data, the programers wrote and app that relaunchs NXAPACHE after SAVACT ends.

Anyway I refer to this in my reports as the NXAPACHE rain dance.

There was no dancing tonight so my report is a dry forecast for this weekend,

I hope your computers are dry but outside is gonna be raining. Lotsa rain.

We have a PCA breakfast to attend. I own two Porsches but we will take the Chevy.

About 0.7 inches of rain overnight. We may see some additional rain on and off today. Whoo hoo!

We have had 3.2 inches of rain in the last 13 days. More coming this weekend and all week. We are way above normal for the year.

Just got back from a grocery run. It is pretty much raining. Surprised I was the only one with an umbrella. People frowned at me like it was my fault they were getting wet walking in an out of the store. One guy pulled his club cab truck up onto the covered sidewalk so his wife could unload their cart. They blocked the doors while doing so.

Would be nice if the Cayenne had an umbrella cubby slot like the BoxsterS did. It was sure convenient.
