We went to see Killers of the Flower Moon yesterday afternoon. It is a really l o n g ....... movie. A real bladder tester. The theater is a Flix Brewhous" and they have an entire menu from breakfast to burgers and entire meals. And best of all they brew several types of beer on premises. The chars are recliners. With about an hour too go in the movie I pushed a button, and a waitress comes and I handed her my beer selection order that I filled out before the movie started.

It is just different to put my feet up, lean back a bit, and sip a beer at the movie theater. The move is interesting and all shot in Oklahoma with lots of extras in the background, and the makeover of the town was cool to see. The Osage Indians were the richest people per capita in the world back then from all the oil money. That much money brought in a lot of crooks.

Having fun smoking the company credit card with end of year expenses. I just renewed the lease for the airplane hangar. If we pay for the entire year up front, we get "one month free" so we do that each year in December. Then we have two expensive software programs that have to be updated to keep the updates coming, and to continue to use them.

More money than I spent on my first three cars, a used 60 VW bug, a new73 Super beetle, and a new 74 914 2.0 all combined, and a few payment on my El Camino to boot.

The good news is we get to expense them in 2023.

Morning all. Another short 4 day week for me as long as not much work comes in by Friday. Then next week even shorter at 3 days. The day after Christmas we are headed due west till we get to the East as in Japan till 1/4/24.

I went to get a prescription refilled, and as I walked out, one of the employees said he liked my El Camino. I walked a few steps across the parking lot to get in, and a guy walking down the sidewalk, said "nice nar" and kept walking. I drove two blocks to the red light to turn left, and the pickup that stopped next to me rolled down his window and held up two thumbs and said nice car!

All within a 2 minute time frame. Kinda weird. It is fun to own cars that are conversations starters.
