One of my wife's childhood friends kinda invited herself and her husband down to visit us. They are staying here of course. He is pretty cool, and a car guy, retired dentist. She is weird. She is battling a lot of health issues, so I give her a pass.

I have a PCA regional board meeting tonight, and we have lots to discuss about our parade. So i will go to that tonight, and my wife can figure out where they can go for dinner.

When my wife has left town for various reasons I always told her the dogs and I were having a toga party. I was wild and crazy and drank a beer. The dogs slept as I watched a movie on TV.

Morning. Some of both. I got the lower deck rail done in a little over 2 hours. Both decks are on the east side so I I have to wait till about 3PM for a little shade to show up.

Our guests left today. We have our house back to normal.

It is nice you got to wash your deck. Now just trim the bushes around your deck to make it look bigger!

his morning is "Motors in the Morning" at the Porsche dealership. Free coffee, donuts and sometimes free swag. And lots of friends and cool cars, mostly Porsches of course. I will slather on the sun screen and stay in the shade as much as possible. It is 77 at 8:00 AM and it will hit 100 later in the afternoon.

Then we have the club lunch at 11:30 at a local restaurant.

Welp, the Elky has a flat tire. After 33 years and over 350,000 miles of my ownership, it has had several flats. Evey single one, I first noticed while in my garage. Thankfully this one is the same. This time, not a puncture, the valve stem itself is leaking.

Morning all. Monday all over again. Finished the deck rail now onto the deck itself. Still no A/C but that I hope get fixed to day.

Having a fun Monday here as well. I got up at dawn to drink coffee and eat breakfast. I went out at 8:00 AM and mowed and then under strict orders from my mean boss's wife, I fertilized. Now I may get to mow every 4 days.
