Yea, when my own number showed up the second time my wife yelled from the living room to quit calling her. It happened once more today, so my number was used likely all day calling people. So far no one has called me back mad that I called them.

When I had a pet owl there were always bluejays trying to run him off. Well, until I found bluejay bones and feathers in the aviary i made for the owl. Guess the owl establish the area's owner.

Sorry David, I don't know anyone in that business.
The koi pond pump lost the ability to pump so it became a object for the landfill. The folks that come out and dug the hole for the pond, and brought out several tons of rock to landscape it made a pretty pond, but the guy who plumbed it should get several kicks to the balls for the way he installed the original pump. He glued everything together. The only way to get the pump out of the water to even clean it meant cutting the 1.5 inch PVC. So after the first pump failed, I engineered a universal joint to allow me to remove the pump easier. Then that one failed, I decided to re-engineer it a lot. The POS quality, overpriced "Koi pond" pump was no long available, so I had to find a new pump to replace it. I used a great super simple connector and a flexible 1.5 inch hose to replace the old system. This time for a change the pump failed on a work day. So yesterday I ordered a new pump from WW Granger, and had it shipped to the local Granger store. No shipping costs that way. Just a 24 mile each way of almost all interstate. At least it did not fail on a three day weekend and cause a long delay. I picked up the new pump this morning, and it took me longer to unbox it than to connect up the one threaded fitting into the pump. Ta Da, water is falling out of the waterfall again. The bosses wife is happy, the koi are happy, the tadpoles are happy, and life goes on.

Daughter mentions a smell like hot plastic when she comes home in the truck. Check it out and it is a mouse nest using insulation and they also chewed one of the vacuum plugs on the intake. I hate mice.

Mice are only useful for the predators to eat. I hate mice too.
Our dog thinks they are fun to chase, kill and eat.

Mice can ruin a car really quick.

The photos are not the same size.
We used to have a good mouser cat that I let out in the garage, and up in the attic every once in a while. Think that is why it got caught in the sticky trap way in the back behind a bunch of stuff in one of the cabinets. Sure was funny to hear it banging around, then bolting out of the cabinet and dashing around the house.

Our lab likes mice and we would find them where she "nests" in the yard. I don't think she kills them on purpose but likes to play with anything and any one. Think Lenny from Of Mice and Men playing with them.

Wow, long day. Office365 sharepoint had a global outage. Was down from lunch to 7pm. No, I can't control MS's cloud servers. Then some local server apps crashed and didn't get it all sorted until after 10pm. Good thing is only need to do 2 more hours to get 40 in this week.

Think the cat did a much better job getting into the tight places.
Don't think I would want to let Pepper loose in the attic. She weighs 90lbs.

Yea, I would admit that for catching mice, cats are better than dogs in general for that task. For catching coons, dogs are clearly better, especially a good coon dog. For guarding a junkyard dogs are miles ahead. This has been is your random opinion and facts moment for the day.
TGIF. Another wet day in store for the morning. It is supposed to finally clear up this afternoon and we are in for a nice mid to upper 70s beautiful weekend. The Autocross is this Sunday. We moved it up a week to avoid the Mother's day weekend. It will be nice to have a warm day to autocross. My car takes forever to warm up on cold days.

Dude, you need to be more flexible. You should be able to bend without out driving for 5.5 hours first. Maybe do some deep knee bends or try and touch your toes more often and limber up.
