the mountains are getting it. i came home after one run. the visibility is crap, the snow is wet and heavy, and my left quad is still sore from the other day. all the above makes for a surefire recipe for injury. i was getting uber wet and the wind was blowing at about 30MPH. i am too old for that crap.
