I had to dig this thread off of page two!

I went looking for a HDMI cable today. I wasted my time stopping at a Radio Shack. The have the cables, but at stupid high prices. They had one 6 foot cable for 85 bucks! Of course I got the big sales pitch that the expensive cables have better picture & sound. On a digital cable. Yea right.

I looked on the Internet and found them for a few dollars, like 3 or 4 bucks.

I found a local store that sells them for 10 to 15 bucks depending on length. I will go support a local business and get it NOW, not later.

Auvio hdmi cables are stupid high, with even stupider markup.... We keep a few of those to keep the shack happy and sell some cheaper ones we get through a 3rd party
