Wow Stijn! Now that is quite an installation!

Around these parts we have homemade nuclear plants.

It's not to big , 14x240Wp should nett produce about 2900 Kwh a year.
Which is about the usage i have now.

My neighbour, family of 4, wife has hairsalon, has installed about 40ish panels.. laying flat.supposed to be 10000 Kwh worth..
Mine are angled up.. I think their installer was taking shortcuts. My wires are all nicely tie-ripped. panels up right, wires nicely plugged through wall with sillicone kit, theirs is sloppy.. no tie rips, bare wires,no tube.. and all the panels lay nearly flat, just the low angle of the roof.

already noticed that their panels have a lot of dust on em, it doesn't blow off, won't wash off because of the shallow angle.. dust and dirt is no good for efficiency...I doubt they will see their 10000 Kwh a year

Stijn, you can always sell some of your kWh to your neighbor with the cheap installation.

It is amazing that some people actually go seek out snow. That makes no sense at all to me. It is like going to look for poison ivy for fun.

Different stroks for different folks.

dry-pshaw. this was the wettest year i can remember. the mountains stayed green all summer. brighton resort has already had over 40 inches of snow and there is a big storm coming this weekend. last year, brighton had record snow of about 650 inches, while snowbird had something like 760 inches, breaking their previous snowfall record by about 100 inches.
