Plus I want to shoot flames out my exhaust. And spin the rear tires in 2nd and 3rd gear.

I'd love some mild mods. I was even thinking of dropping you a PM, vas, to ask your opinions. The car's stock. I'm thinking of headers, muffler, turbo, intercooler, maybe SC/964 cams. Keeping CIS. No twin plugging or EFI or bigger pistons/cylinders, as that's far too expensive for me. Looking more for response than absolute HP. I do canyons, but get absolutely spanked at autoX. How is that RarlyL8 muffler? I'm thinking of his headers, too. But which turbo? KKK or Garrett? K27 HFS? Which intercooler? Is Kokeln still the way to go? Where do I find one of those anymore?

I've held off on mods, as there are guys who are faster than I because they're better drivers--not because they have better cars. If they can lead/run away from the pack on the street and track in "lesser" equipment, maybe I'd be better off on working on my driving than my car. But hey, if I've got to rebuild the motor....while we're in there.....
Ok, Noah.
Thats a big question.
Get the engine running fresh.
Forget the internal mods if you dont want to spend up.
Go with the IC and muffler from Brian.
Talk to him or Chris at TK about a turbo.
Chris will say to get a Garrett, I would not. Go with a direct fit fastest spooling K27 you can get. Like a K27 RS off TK or something off Brian.
Dont bother with the headers
Put that money into a matched TB and Shock set off Elephant.
And run some good hawk brake pads and Motul 600 brake fluid.
And put some real good tyres on if you can. The tyres make the biggest change.
This should give you a fast spooling 370/ 380hp.
But most of all get the car to brake grip and turn.
That set up should be good for your needs and not to exp.

If you need more or want to talk about it I can give you a call.

Is that 370/380hp rear wheel or crank from a K27?

The most I could get out of a very modified K27 on my 2.5 liter 944 Turbo was 340 rwhp, and that was with zero boost regulation, ie., waste gate closed off. Not sure exactly what was done to the turbo it was on the car when I got it. The wheels were not stock, they had been lightened, and it had a bullet on the intake. I did tuning to get it up to 340rwhp. I just don't think the K27 could pump any more air. It came on at 2500 rpm the boost would go up to 20psi from 3000 to 5000 then fall off to 17psi by red line. Higher flowing intake and better flowing headers did not make any more hp. It had light weight rods, knife edge crank, and aluminum flywheel (done by previous owner).

Put the next size up, Lindsey Racing Super 60 turbo on it and it dynoed 408rwhp, but didn't start spooling up till 4500 rpm. The K27 made a lot more useable power. When making MAF tuning runs with 600lbs of driver and tuning passenger it got down to 6 seconds to go from 2000rpm to 7000rpm red line. Thats about 40mph to 110.

Had to rebuild the motor. The previous owner nikasiled the block then put in stock rings, at 20K the nikasil started chipping off and got in the crank and was eating bearings. Did ALL the WYAIT stuff. Stroked it up to 2.8 liters and thought I put in a lightened Ball Bearing Super 60. When done and broke in it dynoed 420rwhp at 16psi of boost. It was very difficult to AX fast. Had to turn the boost down to 12psi to keep it hooked up. Turbo did not come on until 4800 rpm and would hit so hard couldn't keep it from spinning the rear wheels.

When it burned a hole in the head gasket at 4500 miles on the Lindsey Racing rebuild (head lift from improper head torquing), I sold it. Later found Lindsey Racing had put a Super 75 (their biggest) turbo on it, and it was JUST TOO BIG for a 2.8 liter. The K27 wouldn't have been big enough and the Super 60 would have been just about right for 2.8 liters.

Good morning guys.

I just leave my porsche stock. It is super reliable and I never worry about about it. 200 HP ain't much but if I get the urge to spend a ton of money I will sell it and buy a stock later model 911. Heck 996s are cheaper than my car anymore, but not the GT3. ;( they are still spendy.

Not much into forced air any more. My pocket is still warm from the 944 Turbo.

To go faster, first spend money on the driver, then suspension and tires, then hp mods.
