Hi guys. It's nice to see Markus and G-man on the Stijn! thread. I have been MIA for most of the past two weeks as I was working my tail off on my house in SoCal. It was nice to make some more progress on the remodeling. I also got to spend a couple of evenings hanging out/ having dinner with my son and his GF. And watching the July 4th fireworks from the comfort of my next door neighbor's back yard. Great! Luckily, I missed most of the oppressive heat wave back here in DC. That might have been the best part of the whole trip!

Is this reference to my reunion dress? Why the change? Saw the goofy FB pictures? Had a blast at my reunion. Funny how things get more fun when you don't give a crap. Paying for it this Monday. I didn't drink one alcoholic beverage this weekend but man! Did I dance! Saw some people I literally haven't seen since high school and reconnected. It was great. Funny how everybody was trying to fix me up with their brother, their friend, their coworker... is it that pathetic to show up at your 20 year reunion solo? Whatever. No sweat off my back.

Joe, I loved the X-files. So sad when that series ended.

Dave, the humidor looks fabulous! So much hard work put into that.

Well the Concours is gonna start soon. I will get some iPhone pics. I am too lazy to tote my camera around. We get a box lunch at the car show. Then I am off to visit the USDA based here in SLC. We occasionally buy historic aerials photos from them. I have talked and sent email for years. Now I can put a face to a voice.

i watched the entire series, in order, a couple of years ago. it took me about two months. it was awesome, right up until the last season, or so. it felt like david dukovny was bored. and the whole thing with fox was a bit unbelievable, to me.
